Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow these steps:

- Go to Order History: Navigate to your order history and select the item you wish to exchange.
- Request an Exchange: Follow the prompts to request an exchange. We’ll provide you with an exchange label to make the process easy.
- Pack Your Item: Carefully pack the item in its original condition, including all tags and packaging.
- Ship It Back: Attach the provided exchange label to your package and drop it off at your nearest post office.
- New Item on Its Way: Once we receive your exchange request and the original item, we’ll ship your new item to you promptly.
Important Notes:
- All returned or exchanged items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached.
- Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.
- Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once it reaches our warehouse.
