Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow these steps:

3. Request an Exchange: Follow the prompts to request an exchange. We’ll provide you with an exchange label to make the process easy.

6. New Item on Its Way: Once we receive your exchange request and the original item, we’ll ship your new item to you promptly.

• All returned or exchanged items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached.
• Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.
• Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your return or exchange to be processed once it reaches our warehouse.
